Every product Feezlinkz sells carries the manufacturer’s warranty. We lodge the claim with the brand for you.

What is covered

  • Any new product bought from feezlinkz.com.ng.
  • The manufacturer’s warranty for that brand and model, counted from the day the product reaches you.
  • The warranty card in the box. Most brands will not open a claim without it, so keep it.

How long the warranty runs

The lithium batteries we stock carry a 5-year manufacturer warranty — Felicity, Sukam, Cworth, Haisic and SMS. That 5-year period is counted from the day the unit reaches you. It is printed on the warranty card in the box and it is written on your invoice, so you are never relying on this page alone.

Our two inverter ranges carry a 5-year warranty as well: the Felicity 12 kWh all-in-one power unit, and the Kartel hybrid inverters. Every inverter on this shop shows its warranty period on the product page, and the same period is written on your invoice.

Not sure what your model gets? and we will confirm the period to you in writing. We will not let you pay for a warranty we have not put in writing.

We currently stock:

  • Felicity — lithium batteries and all-in-one power units
  • Sukam — lithium batteries
  • Kartel — hybrid inverters
  • Cworth — lithium batteries
  • Haisic — lithium batteries
  • SMS — lithium batteries

How to claim — you claim it through us

You do not need to travel to a service centre and you do not need to find a brand’s distributor yourself.

  1. WhatsApp us what the product is and what it is doing. Send a photo or a short video if you can.
  2. We diagnose it, usually within 24 hours of getting the details.
  3. We tell you in writing whether it is a warranty repair, a replacement, or not covered — and if it is not covered, what it will cost before we touch anything.
  4. If it is covered, we lodge the claim with the brand’s distributor in Nigeria and keep you updated until it is sorted.

What is not covered

  • Physical damage: a dropped battery, a cracked case, a cable chewed by a rodent.
  • Wrong battery type set on the inverter. A lithium battery set as “tubular”, or a 12V battery on a 48V inverter, voids the warranty.
  • Deep discharge below the manufacturer’s cut-off, or running the battery flat.
  • Flood, fire, lightning, or a power surge where there was no surge protection.
  • Work done on the system after delivery by somebody we did not send.
  • Opening or dismantling the unit yourself.
  • Anything once the warranty period has run out.

What Feezlinkz does beyond the manufacturer warranty

  • We check the unit before it leaves us, and we tell you plainly if a model is a bad match for the load you want to run.
  • We tell you how to mount the battery and what to set on the inverter, so a wrong setting does not void your cover.
  • Where a brand’s distributor is slow or unreachable, we push the claim and update you in writing. You will always know where your claim has reached.
